Leadership Fellows

Leadership Training: Engage in twice-monthly leadership training sessions held on Sunday afternoons after JLC.
Professional Development: Help you strengthen your leadership skills through hands-on experiences and mentoring.
Expert Educators: Learn from a rotating panel of educators, including rabbis, educators, and non-profit leaders.
Incentive for Participation: Upon completing our fellowship, you will receive a compensation increase of $0.25 per hour as a reward for active participation and commitment.
Recognition: Earn a certificate of participation and completion of the Fellows program and receive a university letter of recommendation written by synagogue leadership.

TO APPLY TO THE TEEN LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM: 

- Students must be in 9th grade or older
- Must either be graduates of a TBA school program (JLC or Pressman) or receive special approval from the JLC Director/Rabbi to work.
- Must be current members of Temple Beth Am

This form should be completed by the teen applicant

  1. Responsibility: Complete all assignments, tasks, and responsibilities to the best of your ability, recognizing the importance of your role in the fellowship.
  2. Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and be accountable for your commitments. Communicate promptly if you encounter any issues or conflicts.

  1. Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment by supporting your peers, sharing knowledge, and working together to achieve common goals.

  1. Professional Conduct: Demonstrate professionalism in all fellowship-related activities, including appropriate dress, language, and behavior.
